Thanks for the tip! Is it hard to set up for a beginner? I've heard about Local Monero and I think it was a very private way to get XMR. Looking for something equally secure.
Wish I could help you more, but my knowledge is limited to what I gather from a family member. There are a few private onramps...can't remember what I was told. Tour seems familiar, but I can't be certain.
