#asknostr how can I prevent ctrl+c closing my opencode editor? I've lost too many coding sessions by accidentally pressing it

I just change my terminal hotkey for interrupt from ctrl+c to shift+ctrl+c, map copy to ctrl+c, and then smile as I have system-wide hotkey uniformity.

`opencode -c` doesn't work?

Are you trying to copy text with ctrl+c? The Linux distro I’m using (Omarchy) uses Super+c to copy text globally and it works nicely in the terminal so that this doesn’t happen But it requires rewiring your brain to do super+c instead for copying

Use Pi, problem solved :) It will only clear your input instead of quitting. It also is very extensible so you can tell your LLM to go add features. Oh, and it won’t hog a lot of RAM or send excessive telemetry
