So it doesn't seem as EU ban, but specifically Czechia ban. WTF

I don’t know yet. VPN helps or you can still use POS or LN address to receive. But future is unknown and not pleasant for normies. Proposed Spark has very very bad privacy as of now. Basically anyone who pays you can read your whole transaction history. But it can be improved.
