@nprofile1q... It's actually an obsolete name which is no longer used - for obvious reason. It went from 'Negerinnentet' ('negro tit') to 'Negerinnenzoen' ('negro kiss') to 'Chocozoen' ('Chocolate kiss'). Or 'Melocake' (which is a brand name).

There's still chocolate tits, which is something entirely different. But also Belgian. (You have to go to specialised chocolate shops for that, though, they're not commonly available.)
