so what if they are Zaydis. they have been under genocide from Atharis and Asharis for a decade. maybe they should rule. would definitely better than most of the rest of the gulf.
The Houthi movement has moved more closer to the Twelver shia belief which was not so in the past. Not a issue but perhaps part of destabilization in the country.
I agree they've been abused internally and externally and they have a right to compete for power, but they are also guilty of the same crimes committed against them which doesn't make it right.
They're military performance and bravery is definitely impressive but at the end I believe their forceful rise to power is a destabilizing thing for the country.
Let me also say that I have no love for the gulf States. They've proven to be useless, impotent and work against the unity of Muslims.
I cheer for them (Houthis) against USA, Israel, et al but I am neutral when it comes to them ruling Yemen.
