I would pay only in those places where they accept it legitimately (keep bitcoin, do not change it back into FIAT and ideally into self-custody through their node) because I like supporting those businesses which understand pros of bitcoin.

Czech legislation (= taxable event). Regardless KYC/nonKYC, once you naturally play by the rules (no matter how good or bad), it doesn't feel right then...🤷‍♀️

There are just excuses, no valid reasons. Unless the service you pay for is shitty (like state tax), you wanna pay for quality service with quality money.
