✅ I'm glad companies are looking for ways to address the AI nightmare in hiring.

❌In-person events, much like video interviews, favor a small group of people based on social privilege (age/race/class/size/colorism/conventional beauty standards) to the gross disadvantage of everyone else.

❌Unless these events are hybrid, it's an accessibility nightmare for so many people (including covid-serious people).

My god, I hate (the abuse of) "AI" (i.e., LLMs).
