that is true, its a lot like light therapy - natural UV radiation. that added with good blood circulation and serotonin boost. i read somewhere that it also increases sub celullar melatonin which is a good antioxidant (red light would help with circulatory melatonin)

Avant 11h du matin et l'après-midi après 16 H30 et tous les rayons même sous un ciel couvert sont sources d'apport ou de conpenstion d'un déficit en vitamine D dont beaucoup de même personnes noires de peau souffrent lorsqu'il imigrent dans les pays du Nord ..Afin de se prémunir les médecins ...

The 30-45 minutes immediately after sunrise is supposed to be the best time to soak up the sun's near infrared light. 👍🏻
