We should not make room for racist thoughts in our mind. For they will just invite more others to hang around and soon there will be no more room for love.
In the summer of 2023, after a brain seizure and some long painful weeks of panic attacks that got my cortisol level skyrocketing, I was wrongfully put in a psychiatric hospital with schizophrenia treatment that was doing more harm and I had to go against the grain to stop it. I stayed alone in that reserve for 3 weeks. Father visited once, sister twice, mother every weekend. Besides the doctors and young residents, nobody was there to speak with me. This is why I will always remember this lady. And how much her energy and words meant to me at that lowest point of my life. God bless you sister.
