In my experience that is potentially normal. I'd wait a little longer, clearing cache with hard refresh and/or try visiting in incognito window

Mine does this. I re-start from the hardware, an old optiplex. It takes a while.

It might be a dns issue. Use a different browser. Check that the IP didn’t change

Use IP instead of .local for first login post update. Fuck with the dns settings to make .local work

That NXDOMAIN error means the name can't be resolved to an IP address. The domain lookup itself is what failed.

That seems excessive, but I’ve restarted mine and it seemed like it too forever to come back online, but I was remote running over Tor
