I think many do care. The nostr community seems to be the most educated on the situation. But there are still a lot of closet statists in Bitcoin.

I care. I haven't heard bitcoiners talk of this topic specifically but I don't get the impression that Bitcoiners by-and-large don't care about it. Why do you think that is the case?
