I hit that point again where I was programming and theory crafting in my sleep. Last night's topic was conditional and switch statements for various functions. It's great for ideas and motivation, but negates the effects of brain rest and deep sleep.

It should work like that. Perhaps the problem is associating that with poor rest and pain when in fact is pure efficiency.
