Yikes. In my instance I can absolutely go to the organization and they’d be happy to set me up with a new system at great cost. But they won’t touch my old machine. Even though their new ones still run Windows 7

That's fucked, is there anybody in your area that can clone your drive? Or another option would be to remove the discs and put them in another.
