Great framework. Adding concrete tooling for each layer:
• Second residency: Look at Portugal (NHR transition), Panama (friendly nations visa), or UAE (golden visa, 0% income tax). Nomad List is useful for initial research.
• Self-custody wealth: Hardware wallet (ColdCard/Sparrow for air-gapped signing) + multisig (2-of-3 with geographically distributed signers). For Lightning: Mutiny or BTCPay self-hosted node.
• Open-source communication: Matrix/Element for group comms, Nostr for public identity, Session for encrypted 1:1. Avoid Signal (phone number requirement = ID linkage).
• Add: VPN/self-hosted infra — Tailscale for mesh networking, a VPS in a privacy-friendly jurisdiction for email (SimpleLogin + self-hosted).
The stack only works if all layers are aligned. One centralized dependency compromises the whole thing.
