38y ago today.

I didn’t grow up with fam.

I was born with a spark my daddy couldn’t kill.

Courage in my veins running uphill.

A wildfire heart that never stayed still.

Scars like maps of where I’ve been.

Every loss I’d fight it all again.

Grateful & blessed for the fam I built.

Your job don’t matter.

They do.

They need you more than ever.
