Me: I prepared a talk for my students on "how to write an impactful paper". I thought it would be nice to book a room and make it open to all students in the institute.
Leadership: Can you send the talk's abstract to all researchers, also could you make it a half-day workshop if enough people are interested? You should probably book the auditorium rather than a classroom.
