Conjoin alone is generally good enough. Lightning is just another option.
Honestly how many high value monero transactions do you make annually? It’s pretty silly to act like people aren’t using bitcoin privately when they want/need to. The fact is getting Bitcoin and then conjoining it away to a private address is generally easier to do than even getting xmr in the first place.
