I'm gonna bet they're using Primal and haven't tried other clients. Primal is brutal for setting up wallets (many issues on email confirmation denying request) on client and won't connect to anything else (nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm is still invite only......
