Nothing beats fresh pancakes with organic eggs from our chickens which give them a nice yellow hue. The new apricot season is still a few weeks ahead, so we used our last year's bitcoin jam. Since we don't use any preserving agents, the jam's vibrant orange colour turned much darker, but the taste stays the same.
