Yesterday I found out my dad has testicle cancer (again) and ALSO a problem in his lung that could be cancer too. I don’t want to end up like most of my ancestors that died from cancer, so I’m done with my brain fog and other stuff also I want to get a bit skinnier without losing my Latin curves. Thank you @₿en Wehrman for brainwashing me, I highly recommend people to listen to his podcast. Let’s see how much I will change soon 🥰 can’t wait to see the results
