I wouldn't want to commit myself to that statement. There are other factors that also speak for the Czech Republic or Germany as the beer country. In my very generalized view Belgian beer is very malty, sweet and sometimes very fruity on purpose, so you get a beer you can enjoy almost like a wine. I...
