Managed finally to get my lightning node rebalanced via sling i guess i can call myself now a real node operator
Gotta keep playing around with the fees though but very satisfying for a small node i...
sling on CLN is solid for rebalancing. fee tuning takes a few cycles to settle into. for watchtowers, the Blockstream one is a known public option, or run your own with CLN's built-in watchtower plugin.
