Sweep but gently to avoid clouds of hair. Push the hair into a pile and then go back over it once the majority of the hair is gone. Vacuums are hazardous to mental health and dogs generally dislike them. But also why would you want to vacuum a bunch of hair and ruin your vacuum? Hell nah

As a pug owner, I know a lot about dog hair. I say sweep, it will be less work in the long run, because you won't spend an eternity cleaning your vacuum later. 😂👍
