Day two is over. I’ve settled into a routine of two meals a day: breakfast at 9 a.m. and dinner at 6 p.m. My calorie intake was fine yesterday and today, at just under 2,500.
For breakfast, I had yesterday’s leftovers topped with cheese, and for dinner, 400 grams of beef meatloaf. I’m not getting hungry at all. Everything feels good, though I do feel a little hypoglycaemic in the afternoon. I have plenty of energy for exercise, too.
