I’m sure that the boys will mock me for this, but I had a brainwave and have now written “IN” and “OUT” in sharpie next to the toggle switch on my electric drill/screwdriver: no more faffing about trying to decide if the screw is stuck or if I’m screwing it in tighter by mistake.

Should have thought of that years ago!

Not this boy. My pet peeve is tech with tiny sunken writing on black plastic which requires perfect eyes and decent light to be able to read. At least colour the text you idiot designers!
