Can anyone explain the title of the film "Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf"? I have a general idea about who Virginia Woolf was (I saw "The Hours"), I know about the Disney cartoon song "Who's afraid of big bad wolf", I saw the film with Burton and Taylor but I still have no idea why this titles was chosen. P.S: In Czech, the play on which the film is based is called "Who's afraid of Kafka" which I also don't get.
