I am a bit skeptical about this particular claim because if you have a CC Q you should start at around 71 bits of entropy adding a three-word passphrase from a random list would add something like 39 ...

If the three words were not chosen at random, there is hardly any entropy.

Could be that original seed was initially generated and imported from a 40 bits low entropy MK3 or similar, in addition to having very weak 3 word PP entropy.
