There is no second best

Maybe not the absolute low, but $MSTR is a screaming buy rn. mnav~1, essentially no liquidation risk, STRC accumulation engine gassed up, and cash reserves to weather the bear. That said, I'd only buy over BTC in restricted accounts (i.e. 401k).

Always bitcoin. Could gamble a little with mstr if you like to gamble.
