Why @nprofile1q... thinks we shouldn't panic about AI finding and exploiting vulnerabilities, we've seen much worse with worms:

"In the time it takes you to get a response from the fastest AI model, a worm could have infected a million systems. Not only are agentic attacks constrained by speed, but also money. The token cost for autonomously hacking a million systems would be way outside of most threat actor's budgets.

On top of that, Firewalls, EDR, NAT, network segmentation, exploit mitigations, sandboxing, 2FA, and many many more security controls are now commonplace. These all provide meaningful barriers to autonomous exploitation."
