The MIL has just decided that she is having an 85th birthday weekend in two years time, and the theme is her ice cream birthday party.

I along with about half of hubby's family are all lactose intolerant, and some others are vegans 🤔

Out of about 20 people, only 6 maybe can eat ice cream...
