I had the displeasure of using USDt and Liquid in Aqua Wallet in order to help some folks settle a bill. I never touch this stuff, but I was asked to relieve two other people of transactional pain.

I accepted USDt on who knows which network. Then I thought I swap to bitcoin and send to the recipient, but nooo...
Not so fast.
Rebalancing in progres, you can only swap 0.2 USDt.
What? Is? Rebalancing?? Sounds like a shitcoin gimmick.

Nevermind, wait a few minutes. Hours, some days, still rebalancing.
Forgot about it for a month and now I could swap to ... Liquid? What the hell? Why would I be forced to use some sidechain crapware from Andy Back?
Damn, well, Samson has questionable friends, sigh, let's get it over with. Send to Lightning. 91sats fees for 42k payment.
Some 145 sats left over.
Ok, send them. Insufficient funds. Fees: 44 sats.
Retry sending 145-44=101 sats. Insufficient funds.

Uninstalling stupid aqua wallet.
