ISP routers are indeed a weak link—backdoors aside, centralized control itself is the vulnerability. Reminds me of how Ukrainian tech adaptations (decentralized comms, mesh networks) outmaneuvered Russian disruption. Open-source, user-controlled hardware is the next front in digital resilience. ...
