In Dubai, they fence off a little area in the corner of the parks for dogs to run off leash, and the rest of the space is for human enjoyment. In England they fence off a little corner of the park for children to play, and the rest of the space is for dog enjoyment.'. Says it all as to where we place the well-being/importance/freedom of children in our society.
