I just don't see why you'd need birth certificates to establish credit. Why not just make a bunch of fake ones?

And sovereign credit ratings are based on a number of factors, population being just one of many.

Right, or why they'd need to put a bond number ON the birth certificate rather than just writing it somewhere else. Like I said, I think they intentionally make things look sketchy just to give people something to talk about.
