When I worked at Diet Doctor I did. But even they have now realized, extra fat do add up. Calories from fat isn’t free just because you eat keto or low carb. If you do eat fat, have it from some real food so you get all the nutrients. Also. I prefer my coffee black. 😎

Sometimes I have bullet proof coffee with butter, coconut oil and cinnamon - blended. Really good !
