No. There are a lot of difference. It’s mainly all about time. Time IS the difference. The Millionaire has to WAIT for his flight or medical treatment. The Billionaire just jumps into his helicopter or goes straight to his own clinic.

He must have heard that before he discovered it himself through experience. That’s probably how most will learn, through experience, not because they read it somewhere.

I generally agree with the 2nd part but there definitely is a difference in the quality of life if you have a private yet, a private chef, a yacht or own an island vs. not.
