My prediction if the CLARITY Act passes in September:

The floodgates open for Bitcoin.

Institutions will start stacking harder, Wall Street gets even more comfortable with it, and the rest of the market will realize what’s happening way too late.

I think this could get very, very bullish...

Nocoiners will probably wait for a dip that never comes.
