But at what cost? The vast majority use that tool as a path to shortcut skill development for the tools they actually use. Davinci would have it imagine shit art. Beethoven, shit music. Tesla and Einstein were already thinking beyond what models said AI is trained on and would only frustrate them...

For sure. It lowers the bar to start becoming productive in a new field. Productive minds are incredibly boosted by AI well used!
