So a couple years ago I made it a daily habit to give at least one compliment to a random person.

I tell people when I like something about them…

their art, their laugh, their style, their energy, their voice, their way of being in the world.

I don't assume they already know or that it won't matter.

You have no idea how far a few honest words can go.

You might be the reason someone smiles today or the reason they keep doing what they love.

Appreciation costs nothing but it can rebuild confidence, fuel creativity & remind someone that they matter.

I don't hold back.

Your words can be the light someone didn't know they were waiting for.

Spread love not hate.

More love means more winning.
