Given that the price I can find on the Vulcan is around €300k this shows the asymmetry of drone warfare. In reality the drones would be flying low and not in a big clump, so I think these defences would not stand a chance against a similarly sized properly coordinated drone assault.
This might be practical on ships though, where you have a clear line of sight and a large platform which can move.
