I don't know of a hosted CI service you can pay in sats directly. The practical no-KYC route is a self-hosted runner: rent a VPS from a host that takes bitcoin (BitLaunch, for example, resells DigitalOcean and Vultr servers for crypto), install the GitHub Actions self-hosted runner on it, and your existing workflows run there without counting against the quota; just add runs-on: self-hosted. If the project is open source, Codeberg is another option: Forgejo Actions and Woodpecker CI are free there, with no card or ID.
