How many sats does Nostr think will be needed to give my kids the equivalent of a house today when they get married?

Not going to dox their ages but let's assume it won't happen for 3-4 more halvings.

We already have a decent stash set aside that is theirs....my goal is that it's the equivalent of a starter home so they never have to go in debt.
