Multisig support is not planned, that and lightning support are explicitly things Cove will not support because we believe there are already great wallets for that (Nunchuk, Phoenix, Bull bitcoin etc....

OK, I totally acknowledge that (and agree with the perspective).

Is there—or could there be—a means of “watching” a multisig wallet in Cove? Explicitly I mean no ability to sign and broadcast a transaction; genuinely only watching the wallet?

This is something I could add for sure. Allow users to import multi-sig public descriptors. I’ll create an issue in GitHub. But I have the next little while planned so probably won’t be done for a while. Can you tell me more about your use case and why would prefer using Cove in this way vs so...
