Honestly I could kick myself for not buying up a bunch of property in 2009 or so when it was dirt cheap.
I bought silver instead.
I bought five acres of oak woods for $80k back in 2012, neighbors bought 2 acres in 2025 down the way with a shared well $285k. 😂 get fucked!
