This is my meal for today…

5eggs straight from a local chickens ass.

200g bacon.

3 slices of selfmade sourdough.

Drowned in butter & parmesan.

Prepared in a cast iron.

Am I doing this right anon?

I do the same, although I eat in a six-hour ish window. Main meal, usually some little snacks here and there. Low carb low sugar. Feel great.

Love it, but that’s a small meal for OMAD. Just took down 10 boiled eggs with salt for lunch. Rib-eye for dinner. Rinse and repeat.
