Yours sounds far better but I still make a great steak and it’s consistent so my picky eaters at home will eat it.

Clean up is rising the tray and putting it in the dishwasher if it needs more than that. About once a month I have to deep clean the fryer to address drippings that Miss the drip pan.

making an incredible steak is a delightful skill, but also a curse. when I go out to restaurants I'm usually (almost always) disappointed by their steak options, so I have to broaden my horizons.
