While I do own a lot of ColdCards and @Coinkite products, I have never ever used any of them for storing value. There has been to many red flags over the years and constantly discontent and distain for Linux and the open source cypherpunk bitcoin ethos from NVK and the circle jerk VC captured cult of persona podcast influncers that have enabled and protected him for all these years. The closing of the source in 2021 made it completely useless and with the following legal attacks on FOSS projects like @Djuri's excellent DIY BT Clock (NVK did not even make the very first original Blockclock @SeedSigner and many others. @OpenSats increadibly even after this continued to enable him to gatekeep their grants to competitors and denied both funding and podcast exposure to these and so many others important projects.

My heart goes out to anyone that has lost hard earned funds cause of these greedy bastards, stay strong things will get better with time.
