I am not directly involved by I know about it from BCH dev communities. There is also other related work that makes Nostr based BCH payments even more viable. Now if only Nostr could grow faster then everyone - including me - would invest more into it. And of course the existing Nostr community with BTC maxis should stop treating Nostr like their own private thing. If they want it widely used.
