I'm considering migrating from Fosstodon and I'd appreciate recommendations of alternate Mastodon instances with these features:

- medium/large
- main theme among my tech interests but allow general discussions
- ElasticSearch (full-text search)
- at least 2 admins/mods
- regularly updated stock Mastodon, no forks
