Exactly. Fees stop DoS attacks (flooding), not content spam (inscriptions, JPEGs, arbitrary data). Lopp's Point 4 conflates the two to argue "the market will handle it." But people pay to store JPEGs on-chain - that's the problem. The "market" is working perfectly: data bloat is profitable for mine...
